Angela Uhl Wagner Learning Circle

Learning Circles are a series of FREE weekend enrichment activities for 5th grade girls. The highly interactive sessions introduce like-minded girls to each other through programs designed and supervised by professionals in their STEAM field and amazing educators. We have seen the girls develop friendships as they become part of the GLOW Sisterhood while being introduced to the mission and vision of GLOW:

To help young women reach their potential and become outstanding citizens and leaders in their communities.

These quarterly events reinforce a STEAM academic curriculum, while focusing on GLOW’s core values of college success, healthy lifestyles and leadership. Our programs offer opportunities to enjoy hands-on learning while exploring STEAM driven curriculum: science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math.

Participating in Learning Circles is a great way to open the doors to a GLOW education where:

She Will…Graduate, go to college, and succeed in life.

Learning Circles are supported by GLOW NC with partnerships from our generous donors:

Corning Inc Foundation
Lowe Family Foundation
Parents for Educational Freedom in North Carolina
William Randolph Hearst Foundation
